This is a much better mantra than the one you previously posted. The power (both positive and negative) of our minds shouldn't be underestimated. That quote sums this theory up quite nicely.
ReplyDeleteThe other mantra was more a "everyone can go and get fucked cos i'm not gonna change myself". Whereas this one is more "I am open to change while still believing in myself", which is much more conducive to changing one's life.
